Manuel Alves does not talk about himself in the third person, except when he does; like in the present case.
He does not like to chat about his life nor his work. Though, he does not mind showing the said work. Ah! He's a Portuguese illustrator who lives in the outskirts of Braga (a quiet city far away from civilization... really).
It was always in his mind the thought that art itself has its own way of showing what needs to be seen. If the beholder doesn't see it, there is no place for explanation. It's like a simple joke; either people get it or they don't.
Now, never mind me; artists are already enough self-centered. The point of interest here it's the artwork. I suggest the galleries.
